THAIGER FOOD 為你重現心心念念的台灣味。滷的透徹的牛腱肉、咬一口滿嘴蔥香酥脆的蔥油餅、復刻街頭風味的鹽水雞,是身在異鄉的我們熟悉又懷念的味道。
這裡的每個產品都是由主廚Ivan精心的製作,為了顧全大家的健康,我們所生產的所有食品,皆無化學添加物,完全以天然食材製成。我們用每天新鮮採買的食材與五星級的品質,將家鄉味揉進麵團,滿足你思鄉的味。更希望,讓有情有味的台灣小吃推向國際,在異鄉發光!

主廚Ivan畢業於法國藍帶,經歷東方文華...等數間五星飯店及知名餐廳烘焙坊,7年經驗集結,因為對於美食與食材的挑剔予堅持,決定在曼谷成立一個自己的美食工作室Thaiger Food,每天以新鮮食材製作所有產品,將亞洲與西方的味覺融合,帶給大家五星級的味蕾饗宴。

Here at Thaiger Food all of our delicious dishes are personally prepared Chef Rucky him self and his trusty team of experienced chefs , made to order at our own special prepared kitchen to give it that authentic home cooked taste.
All of our fresh ingredients are hand picked daily and without any artificial colors , flavours and MSG free .
All products are produced under highest hygienic standards environment looked after by a bunch of proud like minded chefs. 

Chef Rucky graduated from Le cordon bleu Le Cordon Bleu is considered today the largest network of culinary and hospitality schools in the world .

After graduation Rucky has worked in several of the most prestigious 5 star hotels, restaurants and bakeries around the world , in over his seven years experience.

Because love for delicious food and obsession for delicious flavours. Chef Rucky decided to open his own food studio Thaiger Food from home in Bangkok. 

Only using fresh locally produced ingredients to make his products , combining asian and western flavors to satisfy everyone’s taste buds .

關於IVAN
 

一身黝黑,愛戴棒球帽,安靜作著料理的,就是THAIGER的主廚IVAN。不多話的IVAN,下廚時總是全神貫注,料理,對他來說,就像他左手臂的火焰刺青,有著濃烈的熱情。

 

IVAN擅長於法式料理,有多家五星飯店的經歷。7年前,為了讓廚藝更精進,IVAN到了美食之都─曼谷,努力進修,積極參與競賽,一次一次的交流經驗,讓他的料理有更高層次的展現。而2018年,從1700多個來自世界各地名廚雲集的國際廚藝競賽中,更憑著高度創意展現,拿下銅牌獎與多個佳作…等獎項殊榮。

2020年,IVAN在曼谷成立的自己的食品公司─THAIGER。希望將法國料理的細緻、泰式香料的藝術、與台式的傳統精神融合。帶給大家更多元的味蕾感受!
